I have prepared myself to do that. I am a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of the country’s real estate agents have the CRS designation. I have also been trained to work in relocation, commercial, multi-family, and with first-time home buyers.
